How we work has changed forever. Last year was focused on responding to the pandemic and accelerating remote working. This year, the focus is on enabling a decentralised workforce to collaborate, ensuring tech decisions that were made in haste are secure and working well, and supporting new ways of working. Teams, Zoom, Slack, Webex and other collaboration platforms that were leveraged during the home working phase of the pandemic have now become the norm, integral to productivity and business continuity. The challenge now is to ensure that the technology in place is sufficient to support your new way of working.
